Please read the terms before using the platform.

1. About the Service

fastpaste.xyz ("FastPaste", "Platform") is a free online service that allows you to temporarily store and share text and code files. No registration is required.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the platform only for the following purposes:

  • Sharing software code, configuration files, and technical content.
  • Personal notes and temporary text storage.
  • Temporary sharing of lawful content.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Malware, viruses, trojans, exploit code, or harmful scripts.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — subject to legal prosecution.
  • Copyright-infringing content.
  • Sharing personal data without consent (doxing).
  • Phishing or fraudulent content.
  • Material promoting terrorism, violence, or hate.
  • Content related to the sale of illegal goods/services.
  • Spam or bulk marketing content.

4. API Usage

  • API access requires authorized API keys.
  • Rate limits defined for the API key apply.
  • Automation, scraping, or attempts to circumvent the system are prohibited.
  • An API key may be revoked in the event of misuse.

5. Account

FastPaste does not require registration. Your paste is accessible via the URL provided to you. Access cannot be provided to a paste whose password you don't know or whose URL you have lost.

6. Content Removal

  • Expired pastes are automatically deleted.
  • Administrators may remove content that violates laws, is harmful, or is inappropriate, without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

  • The platform is provided "as-is"; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
  • Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.
  • FastPaste is not obligated to monitor the legality of user content.
  • No liability is accepted for service interruption, data loss, or damage arising from misuse of the system.

8. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the content you upload remain yours. FastPaste does not use, license, or transfer your content to third parties for any purpose other than providing the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction for disputes.

GDPR applies for EU users. CCPA applies for US (California) users. LGPD applies for Brazilian users.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
